We wish to inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003), that your personal data will be processed fairly and transparently, for lawful purposes and in a manner that protects your privacy and rights. The processing will also be carried out with the aid of IT tools for the following purposes:

to fulfil the obligation set out in Article 109 of Royal Decree No. 773 of 18 June 1931, which requires us to record and communicate the details of our guests to the police headquarters;
to fulfil current administrative, accounting and tax obligations;
to receive messages and phone calls addressed to you;
to speed up the registration process for your subsequent stays at our hotel.

We would also like to inform you that the provision of your data for the purposes referred to in points 1 and 2 is mandatory, and if you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to accommodate you in our hotel. If you wish us to carry out the processing referred to in points 3, 4 and 5, you must give us your consent. Consent may be revoked at any time by objecting to the processing.
